Arrival & registration:

With multiple, distinct entrances to the venue, we can manage arrivals safely, taking into account the
latest government guidance.

Temperature Checks:

We may ask that as a condition of entry, everyone undergoes a temperature check in line with Government or local authority guidance.

Personal hygiene:

Hand sanitisers will be provided throughout the areas of the venue. Protocols for sanitising sound equipment and ensuring speakers and members of the audience do not share microphones will be in place. Reminders to regularly wash hands, not exchange business cards, refrain from personal greetings (handshake/hug) will be in place throughout the venue.

Social distancing:

Social distancing will be managed in line with the latest government advice during build-up, the open period and breakdown. Relevant markers and one-way systems will be installed in public areas, including the corridors and networking spaces outside conference rooms, toilets, lifts, and cloakrooms, to help everyone keep a safe distance.

You can pre-register online via our website. Entry to the event is free however you can pre-register or register on the day at reception.

The business expo is FREE to attend as a visitor. This is made possible through the exhibitors who have paid to have an exhibition stand at the event to promote their business.
WHAT IS THE AGENDA?
Depending on what you want to achieve from your visit to the expo, please plan your own agenda before arrival. We recommend that you plan in advance which seminars, exhibitor stands and keynote speakers you want to visit before attending the event to ensure you don’t miss any opportunities.

As an attendee to the business expo it is important that you take advantage of all the networking events we’ve organised. Make your visit to the event a success by walking around the exhibition hall and making good. connections
